About These Terms
These terms outline how catering orders work with Mike's Aguachile Catering & Delivery. This is a general starter template — please review and adjust it to match your actual business practices before launch.
Placing an Order
The best way to place an order is to call (909) 615-1560. You can also submit a request through our online catering inquiry form. We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for weekends and larger events.
Quotes & Pricing
Because every order is customized to your guest count, menu and tray sizes, we provide pricing directly. Prices and availability are confirmed at the time of ordering and may change based on market conditions and event details.
Order Confirmation
Submitting the online form or requesting a quote does not confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after we speak with you and agree on the menu, date, pricing and any deposit that may be required.
Deposits, Changes & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to reserve certain dates or larger orders. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. Specific deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed when you place your order.
Food Freshness & Handling
Our aguachile, ceviche and seafood are made fresh and are best enjoyed cold and the same day. Please keep all items refrigerated until serving, and keep them on ice if they will be out for an extended period.
Allergens
Our dishes are prepared with seafood and shellfish and may contain or come into contact with other allergens. If anyone in your party has a food allergy, please let us know when ordering, and use your own judgment when serving.
Service Areas
We proudly serve Ontario and the surrounding Inland Empire, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Fontana, Riverside, Upland, San Bernardino, Corona, Norco, Redlands & Rialto. If you are outside these areas, call us and we’ll let you know if we can help.
